About The Retreat

To arrive at a new you!  

 

Come join us for a week of mindful practices that will set you on a path of renewed self- discovery.  Each day you will be invited to join us in a combination of mindful practices that will be lead by a team of diverse trained practitioners. The intention of the week will focus on unique pathways designed to help participants relax, revive, and cultivate more mindfulness into their daily lives and to become a more fully embodied individual. These will include:

Morning Offerings

1. Daily Sunrise Meditation

2. Morning Movement Practice

   • Vinyasa

   • Modo

   • Strength and Conditioning

   • Tantric Hatha

   • Breath Work,

   • Mantra

   • Sound Healing​

Afternoon Offerings

​

1. Ayurvedic Workshops with @parasmoghtader

2. Somatic Breath Work Sessions

3. Sunset Yoga

4. Kundalini Kriya

Evening Offerings

​

1. Restorative Yin with Crystal Bowls

2. Reiki

3. Yoga Nidra

4. Kirtan

 

All of these practices combined will invite participants to go deeper into their emotional bodies and cultivate expanded open hearted awareness. This will allow for a renewed loving commitment to ourselves and learn how to make best friends with our bodies. 

 

All travel to and from Liberia Airport is included in your registration for the event as well as all trips in our van to local beaches and the surrounding areas (for information on the shuttle service to and from LIR.

As always m, EVERYTHING on this Retreat is optional. Come to all the practices, or pick and choose, explore the tide pools on the beach, walk into Guiones town to surf, & wander, sip smoothies at the extraordinary Harmony Cafe, rest by the salt water pool … book a massage, sacral cranial, reiki, or shamanic healing treatment … at Blue Spirits Spa.  You also should consider all the the therapies offered at the Blue Spirit Longevity Center - ozone therapy, Vitamin Infusions and more.

This is time for you to do exactly as you like Rest, Nourish, Restore, Release, Replenish

Wednesday is a more ‘free day’ with an early morning Yoga class followed by a day of Guiones Beach Town Exploring, Surfing, Water Fall tours, Kayaking, Dolphin Excursions and lots more options. You can also stay at Blue Spirit & luxuriate in doing ‘nothing’ .

 

We will also be offering an optional Medicine Ceremony this day, for those who choose.   For more information on the ceremony find details here.
