Ron and Paul moved to Nosara Costa Rica in June 2021 with a desire to bring their knowledge of mindfulness meditation, sound healing and plant medicine facilitation to others. They have already networked with a team of outstanding teachers and healers to form Shiva Shambho Retreats. They soon will open their own retreat center where they will be hosting various healing retreats.
