​Shiva Shambho Retreats was founded by Ron and Paul in 2021 in Nosara, Costa Rica as a symbol of expansion to celebrate their own transformative journey. Ron and Paul have studied alongside incredible teachers and healers, and are dedicated to sharing their meditative, sacred sound and plant medicine work with those ready to receive transformation. Having expanded the lives of thousands of people with their amazing team, Shiva Shambho is a sanctuary, a remembrance, a community, a home.
