After one year of self-discovery, who will you be?

This is an initiation, one that calls you into deep presence, to open your heart, reclaim your body’s wisdom, and align your legacy with integrity. This is a guided journey to uncover, reconnect, and remember the truth of who you are. Over the course of a year, you will walk through 3 powerful pillars that will reshape your relationship with yourself and have a profound impact on your family, your work, and your community.

THE STRUCTURE

Each pillar is 4 months long and follows the same intentional rhythm:

PREPARATION

RETREAT & CEREMONY

Setting the foundation with guidance, practices, and clarity for the journey ahead.

A 5-day immersive experience in Costa Rica, including sacred plant medicine, embodiment work, and brotherhood connection (May 2026, September 2026 & January 2027).

INTEGRATION

Supported practices, coaching, and community to weave your insights into daily life for sustainable transformation.

Ron and Conrad have joined forces to bring their vast professional and life experiences together, unified by the dream of supporting men return to their authenticity so that more men feel safe to meet and lead from their heart.

Ron Nikel

Meditation Teacher, Compassion Inquiry, Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Faciliator

Ron began his career as an electrical engineer, designing groundbreaking technologies such as the Nintendo 64, Xbox 360, Google Earth satellites, and AI systems. After building and selling companies and serving as VP of public firms, he realized success alone wasn’t enough.

His own journey through trauma, PTSD, and addiction led him to the path of healing—supported by meditation, trauma therapy, and psychedelics. He is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP with Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach), trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté, and has been facilitating psychedelic ceremonies since 2019.

Ron believes the deepest freedom comes from presence, awareness, and learning to respond to life rather than react. He brings this wisdom, alongside his lived experience, to every man he serves.

Conrad Cowherd

Breathwork Facilitator, Compassion Inquiry, Integration Specialist

Conrad has spent 35 years as a healer in the chiropractic world, guiding thousands toward health and well-being. Over time, he realized true healing goes beyond the body, leading him into deeper work with men and the human spirit.

His own path of recovery from addiction, the healing of his marriage, and the ongoing journey of living with an undefended heart led him to study and facilitate transformational practices. He is trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté, breathwork facilitation, yoga, and as a Being True to You psychedelic integration coach. Conrad has been leading men’s circles and retreats where brotherhood, embodiment, and authenticity create profound change.

He believes men heal best in community—when they are seen, supported, and challenged to step into their truth. Conrad brings compassion, lived experience, and grounded wisdom to every man he serves.
