Heart

The HEART medicines are derived from flowers and trees that originate from the Middle East, Africa South and North America and opens the connection to our heart center and gives us more access to love and compassion for ourselves and others, thus offering the potential for deep inner healing and transformation.

Spirit

The SPIRIT or psychedelic plants come from fungi found in Asia, North and South America and can help to facilitate connection within the spirit realm and to transverse into deeper levels of consciousness. During the ceremony, we will work with various types of Psilocybin Mushrooms.

Sound

The medicine of SOUND by Energy Body Wellness weaves into the experience through sacred instruments, vocal activations and curated music to support the depth of your journey.

Ceremony

The Experience

Our ceremonies are held in Nosara at the Sanctuary of Sound and Medicine, guided by Ron Nikel as the primary facilitator, with the support of Paul Jarreau and members of our Medicine Facilitator Family (depending on group size).

Each participant is invited to take an inward journey, resting comfortably with eyes covered, and surrendering to the wisdom of the medicine as it moves through the mind, body, spirit, and heart.

The experience is gently guided with sacred music, moments of deep silence  and a sound journey experience with various instruments, led by Paul Jarreau of Energy Body Wellness.  These vibrations help participants navigate their inner landscapes and deepen the healing process.

The ceremony begins promptly at 8:30 am. We will close with a nourishing communal dinner, followed by a group integration circle to ground the experience and carry insights forward with clarity.

Energy Exchange

We honor accessibility and reciprocity with a sliding scale of $400–$800 USD per person for community offerings.
