Heart
The HEART medicines are derived from flowers and trees that originate from the Middle East, Africa South and North America and opens the connection to our heart center and gives us more access to love and compassion for ourselves and others, thus offering the potential for deep inner healing and transformation.
Spirit
The SPIRIT or psychedelic plants are found all over the world and can help to facilitate connection within the spirit realm and to transverse into deeper levels of consciousness. You will have the opportunity to choose a spirit plant that is best for you. You will have an opportunity to work with Psilocybin Mushrooms, Acacia and Syrian Rue. We will work with you to find the spirit plant(s) that work for you.
Journey Music
The day will include sacred journey MUSIC, moments of deep silence and introspection along with periods of live sound journey experiences lead by Paul Jarreau and Ron Nikel.
Ceremony
The Experience
The Heart and Spirit Ceremony for Couples will be held in Muskoka, Ontario Canada at a luxury private residence. Your guides will be Ron Nikel, Paul Jarreau and Conrad Cowherd. This offering has been created to invite couples to gather, slow down and connect with each other through a practice that is aimed at cultivating more open-hearted connection, attunement with each other, the body, mind, heart and spirit. Inner transformation through this practice has the potential to have a long lasting positive impact on our relationships.
The schedule will be:

Tuesday, September 29th – Evening Arrival.

Wednesday, September 30th – All day sacred plant medicine ceremony of Heart & Spirit plants. This practice allows participants to surrender to the wisdom of the medicine and the wisdom within for deep and long-lasting life transformation. The day will include sacred medicine journey music, moments of deep silence and introspection along with periods of live sound journey experiences lead by Paul Jarreau and Ron Nikel.

Thursday, September 31 – Breakfast and a closing integration circle. Departure will be after the integration circle.

During your entire stay you will also have access to a beautiful lake and a swimming pool, a sauna and magnificent hiking exploring the areas amazing forests and landscapes.
What is included:
Accommodations, fruit and juice the day of ceremony, an after ceremony meal and breakfast on Thursday.
Energy Exchange
We honor accessibility and reciprocity, where you can contribute what is correct for you on a sliding scale of $2100–$2500 CAN (Per Couple). The suggested mid-range offering is $2300 CAN.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your place (payment details provided upon registration). The exchange includes the daylong ceremony experience as well a 1:1 private integration session with one of the facilitators.

Our facilitators are integrity-driven, heart-centered and trauma-informed facilitators who have dedicated their lives to being of service and supporting transformation. Our home base is in the heart of the jungle of Nosara, Costa Rica.
