Your personalized retreat will be designed based upon your own predetermined intentions. While you are here you will be immersed in a variety of nurturing self-care practices that will support you on your path to deeper self-realization and wholeness. Your individualized retreat may include any of the following offerings:

Your retreat will take place in Nosara Costa Rica for 4 days where you will stay in a beautiful 4-bedroom home that includes a private room with a king-sized bed. You will receive 3 nurturing meals a day prepared by a private chef. Your stay also includes a well thought out wellness agenda designed to meet your own unique health and wellness needs. Although you will be on an individualized retreat, you will share the home with up to 3 other individuals who will also be on their own unique retreat path. One medicine circle will be shared together by all 4 participants as well as daily meditation and movement practice.
The cost for this retreat starts at $1990 which includes your accommodation, 3 daily meals, daily meditation and movement practices and one sacred medicine ceremony. Your final cost for this retreat will be determined based on which workshops, classes, treatments, therapies and ceremonies you combine for this customized experience.
